Let me tell you about what a great job Christina Asbury did. We had our house, which was an estate property, on the market for over a year. My wife and I had a horrible experience with the first agent we used from another real estate firm. Our first agent was never accessible, and rude when she when we did finally get a hold of her. Not Christina, what a difference. After a year of paying a mortgage for a property that my wife and I didn’t live in, we switched to Christina. The results, my wife’s parent’s home was under contract in one day. I wish so badly that we would have used Christina from the beginning.
