Let me tell you about what a great job Christina Asbury did. We had our house, which was an estate property, on the market for over a year. My wife and I had a horrible experience with the first agent we used from another real estate firm. Our first agent was never accessible, and rude when she when we did finally get a hold of her. Not Christina, what a difference. After a year of paying a mortgage for a property that my wife and I didn’t live in, we switched to Christina. The results, my wife’s parent’s home was under contract in one day. I wish so badly that we would have used Christina from the beginning. I would highly recommend her to everyone in the Jacksonville area. Please don’t waste your time on another agent, they don’t care about you. Christina was there the whole time for us, and couldn’t have been nicer while helping us get the home sold. Please don’t make the same mistake we did use Christina Asbury from the beginning if you want to get your home sold!
